The phone is designed to provide quick and easy communication with an analog phone through the telephone exchange. To this end, dial boards have only two buttons. One key is that the passenger in the elevator get specific information by pressing the "INFO", while the other key "HELP" is to call for help. In the first three programmable key code, while the second number of programs up to five phone numbers to call for help.

Pressing the key programmed cycles are called numbers.
